The standout feature of this penthouse is the spacious terrace with a jacuzzi and a panoramic view over the mountains, being ideal for couples, business travelers, solo adventurers, or families (with kids).

The cottage has a beautiful living area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a fireplace. It is extremely charming, the perfect place to enjoy the mountain. Outside there is a beautiful courtyard with an outdoor terrace and lounge area for guests, a barbecue. A lovely stream runs through the property. There is also a playground for children, 2 hammocks, a swing and a relaxation area for adults - heated jacuzzi (which is paid extra upon request). It is the perfect place for a great vacation.

This 19th century traditional house has been designed to match what we believe people want, maximum comfort, absolute peace, holiday feel and absolute attention to detail.
 Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

Unitate de cazare primenita,aranjata,dezinfectata si numai buna de petrecut timp de calitate .Dotata cu toate cele necesare,de la wi fi,tv-uri smart pana la masina de spalat vase,cafetiera,sandwich maker sau toaster ,nu aveti nevoie decat de putin timp liber pentru a va bucura de avantajele naturii. Nu sunt acceptate animale,iar fumatul este permis doar pe terasa.

Jasmine Serenity apartment offers an authentic experience in old city center, close to The Black Church and Schei Gate. Renovation was made with big care for natural elements, using soft pastel colors, but at the same time providing all modern appliances, furniture and amenities for the most pleasant stay. Old wood from a 100 years old house was manually crafted to create furniture pieces and decorations. The walls are covered with painting of local botanical artist.

The Main Square and Black Church are in a 2 minutes walk, the same as Republicii street - the main pedestrian street full with nice restaurants, coffee shops, terraces.
