My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). The apartment is on the edge of the pedestrian zone of the historic center of Bratislava. You can walk to the pedestrian zone within 3 minutes. The Danube riverbank is 3 minutes away. All historical monuments: Castle, st. Martin’s Cathedral, Main Square, Old Town Hall, etc. are less than 8 minutes walk away. Also, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The street on which the apartment is located is quiet. It is next to the park with a children's playground and a fountain.

The apartment is located in the heart of Bratislava's Old Town, within a 5-minute walk of sightseeing, cultural events, dinner, or a stroll along the Danube riverside. Accessibility from the bus and train station is straightforward, with direct connections (10-15 min). The Bed is 160cm wide, and the Sofa Bed is 140cm wide. For groups of 1-2 people, only the bed is prepared by default. Please let us know if you want both to be prepared. Lowered cars might have problem with parking.
