On the seaward side of Braunton, down a quiet lane, Southerly is a charming, spacious home with amazing views, close to Saunton (5 mins drive), Croyde and Putsborough beaches. A cosy log burner enhances the beautiful open plan, kitchen diner lounge. Enjoy 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; 2 en suite and 1 with balcony. A sunny terrace and enclosed rear garden, create a peaceful dog friendly base for coastal escapes and family holidays in the heart of North Devon. Short stay and all enquiries welcome.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.
