It has it's own enclosed garden, parking space, and is situated down a stream-lined lane, (perfect for dog walking!) tucked away and yet a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and beaches. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

The Old Laundry Room' is a peaceful large stand alone stylish Bedroom with private access and sunny courtyard, a cozy bed & sofa bed , a 42” smart tv,WiFi,relaxing rain shower,separate toilet room and a walk in wardrobe. There are facilities to make your morning tea or coffee to enjoy from the sun loungers. There is a Surf board rack,wet suit hanger & bucket to rinse out wetsuits. This is the perfect place for couples or friends exploring all Croyde has to offer. Dog friendly No Kitchen

The Wrafton Retreat has been built from scratch by ourselves to give you the feel of a cosy shepherd's hut style accommodation with all the mod cons. Set on the edge of Braunton, looking out over fields from your own private setting and yet close to many restaurants, pubs, shop & more. Bus stops less than a 5 min stroll away, should you wish to leave the car behind. This is perfect for couples or singletons who like to be close to the sea & still enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

200 Year Old Riverside Cottage + Garden

Our riverside cottage is close to everything you need in the lovely village of Braunton, yet feels a million miles from everyday life. This is a 200 year old cottage with a cosy contemporary feel. We have 2 double rooms with an extra fold out bed/ travel cot possible. This makes a perfect base to surf, walk, cycle (right next to the Tarka trail) or just chill in the lovely garden or in front of the woodburner. Couples, friends, children and a well behaved dog all welcome.

The Lookout (Log Cabin) - Braunton

The Lookout is a log cabin which occupies a superb position with spectacular views over Braunton, the burrows and beyond. The log cabin is situated at the top of our garden next to our house. Access is via some steps - certainly well worth it for the view. We are conveniently located within the village of Braunton, around 5-7 minutes walk to the centre where there are a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There is off street parking for one car.

Longleigh has 6 large en-suite bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, spacious sitting room, a penthouse lounge with a further double bed, a ‘wet’ room/utility room, spacious patio, enclosed garden and a large roof deck which wraps around the whole house.
