A stunning former gardeners cottage with Private Pool is tucked away in the breath taking landscape of Exmoor National Park. [POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 17TH SEPTEMBER TO 14TH MAY] Hot tub all year. The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

The property - over 2 floors, has access from both kitchen and living room. With off-road parking for 2 cars. On arrival you will be greeted by Sue with a complimentary bottle of pink sparkling wine, fresh ground coffee and milk. The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. The property is ideally located to visit places like Boscastle & Padstow

Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Once the stables and outbuildings of the impressive Corffe House, Corffe has been beautifully restored, transforming it into a relaxing holiday cottage complex with a wealth of facilities for all ages. Whatever the weather, Corffe provides the ideal base for family holidays and gatherings, stay on site and enjoy the shared indoor pool (with hot tub), tennis court and play area or head out and within 10 minutes you’ll be at the nearest beach. Year round week stays and short breaks available.

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Shoreline Escape - Saunton Down

Make lasting memories in our cosy beachside annexe, attached to the main house, with sweeping views of Saunton Sands from every room. Ideal for small families who love walking, surfing, and relaxing in the sun. Enjoy use of a shared private pool and explore nearby restaurants and Devon’s stunning beaches. Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Woolacombe Apartment: Sea Views, parking & beach

A light and airy modern 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Woolacombe, central to the shops, bars and amenities. Seablue View is a couple of minutes walk from the award winning Woolacombe Beach & Barricane Beach with spectacular beach & sunset views. Spacious master bedroom, and second bedroom with a double bed (a single sofa bed chair is available for separate sleeping or small children). Perfect for a shared couples holiday, families or a romantic getaway...

The Look Out- ilfracombe - Private Indoor Pool

Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
