A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Hand built and adorned by the hosts who have collected unique items for 20 years to place in this unique dwelling. Come, enjoy a long soak in our stone bath! NOTE: Leafy Retreat is very private and is located at the rear of the hosts house in a very quiet suburban street.

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.
