The House has good walking access to local attractions including being only 2 minutes from Scotscraig Golf Club (13th Oldest in the World) and 10mins from the stunning Kinshaldy Beach with views over the river Tay, The village also has several charming cafes, bars and local shops. This beautifully appointed, spacious cottage is light and airy yet delightfully snug in winter. Explore the lovely surrounding Perthshire countryside or simply relax and enjoy the space. Lose yourself in the gorgeous scenery, walk in the hills, or swim in the lochs...there is so much to do and so many fun local day trips. Rose Cottage is very well located for exploring Scotland! Bookings are available starting on a Friday or Monday, minimum stay 3 nights. Sorry no children or pets.

At this unique and tranquil getaway, we suggest you try leaving your phone turned off during your visit so you can fully appreciate tranquility in the woods. Enjoy the slow life, destress and go for country walks and look out for Deer, Buzzards, Horses and Sheep. Wake to the wonderful sound of birds chirping away. The cottage is small and cozy with a wood burner. 1 toilet and shower. 2 double-bed bedrooms upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. We also have good WiFi.

This bespoke house was built by our family to provide an escape from the city and it has been furnished to provide a comfortable home from home. It would suit solo adventurers, couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Only an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and St Andrews, it is also the ideal base for golfers, walkers and visitors to Scotland.
