A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

We’re dog-friendly, so bring your furry friend along. Enjoy full access to our heated above-ground pool in the summer and sunset hot tub. The lodge offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more for your entertainment. The owners live on-site and are happy to assist if needed. A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Romantic Getaway with Hot Tub

A romantic retreat in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The hot tub is a must for relaxing in, which is available all year round. There is a log burner in the winter months for that cosy and romantic ambience. The village pub, which serves good food and drink, is only an 8 minute walk away. There are plenty of lovely walks in and around the village too. We have books and games and Alexa and the TV is Netflix enabled. It's time to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Local country walks including the UK smallest nature reserve! The yurt has its own facilities a short stroll away with proper flush loo, shower and full furnished camp kitchen with hot water.

Welcome to our cosy glamorous shepherd’s hut, set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town.
