Nestled on a working apple and pear farm next to Riviersonderend mountains.Ganskraal offers a beautiful self catering cottage. The cottage offers stunning views of the mountains as well as the waterfalls in the rainy season.Ganskraal cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, braai. There are several hiking trails in the area. The small town of Greyton is close.Great restaurants, Saturday morning market and galleries. Ganskraal amd the surrounding areas are ideal for cycling enthusiasts.

@Maggie is a contemporary, architect designed holiday home in a small eco reserve, 5 minutes from Montagu, on the R62, about 180 km from Cape Town. Access to the reserve is gained by entering and passing through the orchards on Le Domaine farm. The reserve itself is nestled next to the CBR dam, with the ideal opportunity to do silent watersport, like canoeing. For keen birdwatchers this is paradise...watching fish eagles will be the highlight. @Maggie promises a peaceful, tranquil stay.

The main en suite bedroom has one queen size bed and the second room has the option of either two single beds or one king size bed. With an open plan kitchen with gas stove, microwave oven, fridge, kettle and toaster, you will be able to prepare almost any meal. To make your stay extra comfortable we supply all the luxuries you will need, including towels, swimming towels, good quality linen.

You could stroll through the orchards, canoe on the dam, enjoy the summer sun in your own pretty, private garden, or curl up, under eiderdowns in front of a crackling fire, in winter. #Bainsbosch A spacious tranquil rustic cabin on the banks of the Wit River at the base of Bains Kloof Pass. The cabin is surrounded by 2 hectares of fynbos and the Limietberg mountains. There is a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Mount Bain is a protected nature reserve . The Wit River flows down Bains Kloof. Guests can swim in pristine mountain water, hike into the surrounding mountains or visit several Wine estates nearby.". Backup power is provided for loadshedding.

New Beginnings Cottage

Surrounded by mountains boasting a picturesque garden and farm dam view, New Beginnings Cottage is situated on Toddle Inn Farm, 21kms (10kms on gravel) outside the historic town of Montagu in the Western Cape. It is private and mostly quiet and peaceful, however, it is situated in a working farm area. It is pet friendly by arrangement and is mostly fenced off but is open to the farm dam at the bottom so is not 100% foolproof.
