The town centre is a short drive or a stroll away, with many dining options. The Hermanus Golf Club, a premier 27-hole course, is around the corner. The flat is three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, open plan lounge. There is a TV with streaming options, uncapped WiFi. Lastly, a 5kW inverter keeps power on 24/7.

This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.
