Porter Hill Perch

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Light and bright studio apartment in the *****LOWER LEVEL***** of "Brevard Bike House" Like new with full kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer, dining table, outdoor picnic table, and use of the private bike track and fire pit. The apartment has a full kitchen, large shower and a fire pit on the deck for your enjoyment This area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, music lovers, hikers and cyclists. If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.

This makes for a perfect getaway for singles, couples and small families. Super comfortable queen beds with soft microfiber sheets. We use only free and clear eco friendly products in this beautiful calm comfortable apt providing you an intimate and simple stay. Brevard isn’t only known for the beautiful waterfalls but also the amazing breweries and delicious food. Ecusta and Brevard Breweries are great places to start out and The Square Root or The Falls Landing make for a savory ending.

The Studio at 217

The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Hikers Hideaway Airbnb in South Asheville is a peaceful, private slice of heaven overlooking beautiful mountains. Located only 15 - 20 minutes from Biltmore Estate and Downtown Asheville, we are close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking trails, waterfalls, mountain biking, tubing and other adventures. Enjoy local breweries, food and music as our location is central to many venues. The Airbnb is best suited for couples, small families or friends looking to get away.

The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.
