Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

The largest TINY HOUSE available, Simply Irresistible is offered to you to enjoy this unique experience in beautiful nature around with a prime view of the pond. The house features 2 queen beds and 1 queen size sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with well-stocked utensils, pots, and pans.
