It is very secure and the gentle swing of the bed can easily be stopped if you don’t like motion. With a soda shop only steps away, it makes this stay extra “sweet!” The newly constructed suite is in the upstairs of a warehouse, with fantastic views of farm fields. Beautiful ground level apartment in Duck Creek Village, Utah located in the gorgeous Southern Utah mountains. Accessible year-round, you can enjoy all seasons in comfort. ATV and Snowmobile trails allow you to ride straight from the parking lot in front of the front door. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by a locking door and includes a king-size bed and full closet. Full bathroom, kitchen, dining area and sofa couch complete this ideal sanctuary away from the heat.

Your rental space is a Casita on the back of our garage, it is completely private with its own kitchen bathroom and washer and dryer. It has a private entrance and in reality you only share the property not living quarters. There is a queen sized bed, a roll away and a pullout chair. You have complete control over your HVAC system. Set in downtown Cedar City, you will be immersed in all the action this Utah town has in store with restaurants and groceries within walking distance. This upper-level rental has a charming historic feel and has cable and high-speed internet. There is no elevator to access this upper-level.

For those who want to hit the slopes, Brian Head ski resort is just a short drive away. Cedar City offers hiking, biking, and a variety of delicious food. It is also home to SUU, which hosts the Utah Shakespeare Festival, providing several different options for entertainment during the months from June to October. It is also a short drive to St. George.
