Serendipity

Serendipity is one of three hand crafted wooden Shepherds Cabins, located on a working farm in the heart of Dalby Forest. (Also please see Serenity and Dahlia Cabins on separate listings.) We're ideally situated just off the popular cycle routes and activity centres. The cozy en-suite cabin features a comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, heating, access to a gas BBQ and continental breakfast. A recently converted old milking parlour on our smallholding offers a peaceful rural retreat and brilliant base for exploring Yorkshire. A 5 minute drive to the quaint market town of Pocklington providing supermarkets, independent shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, a thriving small theatre and Burnby Hall Gardens. 25 min drive into (or park & ride 20 min) the stunning medieval city of York with all it's attractions and approx 50 min to the coast. Close to the Wolds Way for walkers and cyclists.

My place is large studio apartment overlooking Driffield Canal is close to the town centre and is good for people visiting area with excellent rail and bus links. Accommodation is good for couples, small families and business travellers. The accommodation comprises of entrance, 5 star hotel shower room with toilet and WC, combined kitchen, lounge and bed area with stairs leading to second bed area. The apartment has high vaulted ceiling with orginal beams and has been completely renovated.

Beautiful 18th century converted cottage attached to a farmhouse that was originally built as a folly to Sledmere House. An extremely peaceful setting with fantastic views entirely surrounded by fields and woodland. Complementary ground tickets will be included for access to Sledmere House and Gardens. Within Sledmere House grounds you will find the beautiful walled garden, deer park, rare breed farm and a delicious cafe serving home cooked food. A perfect getaway for the whole family.

Lighthouse Cottage Scarborough North Bay

Light house cottage a totally unique and beautiful period property built in the 1800’s. This property which resembles a lighthouse with its original spiral staircase, vaulted ceilings and other original features is charming, compact and cosy.
