It's only 0.3 mile short potter down to the award winning sandy Filey beach as well as being right in the heart of the quaint selection of local shops, bars, pubs & most importantly some lovely fish and chips!

It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

Our cottage is well equipped and has everything you need, from buckets and spades to umbrellas, to enjoy a wonderful break at the sea.
