Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Our pet friendly beach house has a seaside theme inside, with log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We have provided fibre broadband, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod for when the weather is not so great. It’s a short walk to the beach. Free EV charging for guests. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small enclosed garden. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.
