The location of my property is on the famous Jurassic Coast a World Heritage Site. My flat has a ground floor entrance and is for two people. It has an open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area, parking is available for one vehicle. (Not allocated) You are 100 yards from the beach. West Bay has casual /gastro pubs dining. Dog friendly annexe with rural views at Hell Lane

Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

Explore the coastline jump in the double kayak then back to sample the menus at Rise or The Watch House just outside your door.

The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.

Rowsley - sunny apartment with views in Lyme Regis

This first floor apartment in a quiet rural location is lovely and sunny throughout the day. The balcony gives a view of Lyme Regis. The apartment has a newly installed, small but well-equipped kitchen. A comfortable sofa provides a spot to relax. The bedroom is newly furnished with a double bed and comfortable mattress and an en-suite shower room. There is parking for one car.
