The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. MAXIMUM PARKING: 2 cars. Additional parking will be provided on request. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All Cottage Décor, Flatware, Dishes, Catering Items, Trays, etc... Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. KITCHEN: Well-equipped with Dishes, Stemware, Flatware, Baking and Cooking Tools, Open pantry, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cleaning supplies. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, Dryer, Garbage, Recycling, Cleaning supplies, Fire extinguisher LIVING ROOM: Gas Fireplace, HDTV60", Xfinity; HBO, Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), DVD/Blu Ray Player, Selection of DVD's. MAIN BEDROOM: Queen Tempur- Pedic Cloud adjustable bed with wireless remote, Luxury bedding. 2nd BEDROOM: Full bed, Pillow top, Luxury bedding. BATHROOM: Spa tub, Yummy... Soaks and Soaps, Fluffy towels, Hair Dryer, Shampoo. OUTDOOR SPACE: Three outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Lounge chairs, Sun umbrellas, Adirondack chairs, Propane Fire pit, 2-Bistro tables for morning coffee and a Day bed for an afternoon of napping and relaxing. If you have any questions at anytime... He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

Hidden Creek Studio in Lake Forest Park!

Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Lake Stevens North Cove Beach House

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

Lake Forest Cabin

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Ocean view beach home at Picnic Lake

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The Secret Langley Cottage

The Secret Cabin is on beautiful Whidbey Island just 5 minutes off the ferry and 3 miles from the seaside city of Langley. Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.

Studio Suite w/ Full Kitchen, King Bed & Patio

Welcome to Millcreek! This side suite combines chic decor with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. King bed with storage, Iron and ironing board, pull-out sofa bed, Full Kitchen, quartz countertop, shower, 70” flat screen, board games and a coffee bar. Mini split for cooling and heating. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
