CVG airport just 6 miles away by Anderson Ferry. The highways and ferry make is easy to get to the Creation Museum and events in Covington and Newport, Kentucky. I would love to host you! Close to parks, restaurants & stores and 7 minutes from I-275 allows easy access to downtown or to attractions like the Creation Museum and King's Island.

Welcome to the Dunn Houses on Elm Row, we are 15 mins, from CVG Airport and the Cincinnati/N.Kentucky area. We have the quaintness of a small town, but the ability to keep you busy. You can try your hand at slots, enjoy a concert, dine at one of many restaurants/bar, or enjoy nature with the bike/walking trail or the many parks locally. At the Dunn Houses, we will go out of our way to make your stay memorable. We hope when you stay with us, you experience what makes Lawrenceburg so special.

We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. You may fish in the lake if you'd like, or take a ride in the paddle boat, or simply enjoy sitting on the porch listening to the birds. Chances are, you may spot wild turkey or whitetail deer scampering by.
