This remodeled apartment boasts two king bed master suites both with attached full baths. An open concept first floor great room greets you. This is a half house apartment. No local guests, property is available to international and out of town traveler’s.

The house has been completely remodeled both outside and in. Restored hardwoods. It has a nice deck that is right off the kitchen. Great spot to sit outside for your morning coffee and wonderful for having dinner outside. About a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and University of Rochester.
