(The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. This 1830s large townhouse in the heart of Brighton is the place to stay! Spread over 4 floors there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a sea view. 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen diner with room to lounge, TV room with Netflix and Sky and a south facing patio. This house can sleep up to 8 with a small sofa bed in the lounge. We can also provide a cot bed and highchair. You have the use of a washing machine and many home comforts. Great location with everything in walking distance. Towels and linen included.

The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is building work happening to the direct rear of the house from June. Builders working Monday to Friday from 8am until 4pm so be warned. The patio is now out of bounds as the builders have had to use the space to store materials, and part of the back wall has been removed so the builders can reach external water tap.
