La suite PORTO 7 è stata costruita per offrire ai propri ospiti un esperienza unica, un vero contatto con il lago: meravigliose finestre permettono una vista mozzafiato sul lago in continuo movimento, doccia esperienziale, accesso alle darsene, kayak e SUP a vostra disposizione. Una posizione unica: direttamente sulle sponde lago ma al contempo nel centro del borgo. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. As it is in the old town, it doesn’t have a parking space on-site; however, we provide parking at Autosilo Al Lago/Migros. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Es verfügt über verschiedene sonnige und schattige Plätzchen rund ums Haus und eine wunderbare 180-Grad-Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore und Locarno Siehe auch unsere zweite Wohnung "Bijou Cimetta" im gleichen Haus. Unsere Casa Rossa bietet mit dem Grottino eine Einliegerwohnung an. Es ist ein 1-Zimmer-Studio, dh keine abgetrennten Räume, siehe Fotos. Für unsere Gäste ist es Raum für Rückzug, Erholung, Komfort, eigene Küche, sonnige Wohnlage mit Gartensitzplatz, sehr zentrale Lage, Nähe zu ÖV (5 Min.), Nähe zum See, geeignet für Paare oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Kinderbett vorhanden). Alles barrierenfrei und mit Lift. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
