Located above the 20th floor, it has an open plan kitchen and living area, a master bedroom with king bed, en-suite and direct access to the spacious balcony, a second bedroom with king bed and a third bedroom with 2 king single beds. This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.
