Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Location is 10 miles to Newport, with its mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, Cliff Walk, Ocean Drive, and other sights, and 2 miles to historic Bristol & 4 miles to quaint Tiverton.

Located down a dead end street on Lake Sabbatia. 10 Miles to Xfinity Center 17 Miles to Patriot Place&Gillette 29 Miles to Providence 39 Miles to Boston Currently set up as a 1 bedroom w/an office. There is limited public transportation. Notes: On-street parking & the stove is a 2-burner electric hot plate.
