This unique and beautiful craftsman home, originally built in 1917, is a piece of history with original hardwoods throughout and just the right combination of modern updates and classic craftsman charm. Our efficiency has a private entrance, full bathroom, king bed and living room space. Coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer and mini frig are in suite, with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available in laundry room on site. Easy access to fenced backyard and fire pit. A centrally-located, 105 yr old, 3 br spotless home, decorated to delight & amuse. On the Mark Vance Bike Trail, & we provide the bikes! Enjoy a self-guided bike tour of Bristol! 2 miles from Steele Creek Park. 1 mile from downtown. Enjoy restaurants & live music. There is a 2nd bathroom in the basement. Recently remodeled the downstairs bathroom! Be careful on the narrow stairs. Please turn the knob on the front door to lock it as you are leaving. I hope you enjoy your stay at our Beauty!

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

This is our second cabin built by hand. It has a kitchen with a stove, mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. It also has basic cooking necessities. The cabin has a full size bed. The restroom has a sink and stand up shower. We will provide towels and linens. Despite the listing saying 2 beds, it is in fact, 1 double bed. Sorry for the listing mistake. We allow pets, but ask for prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail.
