Step inside and take in the unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains from the floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the open living space. Decorated with plants & various items we've discovered while travelling, this space is a true labour of love. Sit under the stars (yay, no light pollution!) in the glorious 8-person hot tub... Roast marshmallows around the fire... Grill up a feast on the wrap-around deck's year-round BBQ.

Located on Active Pass, the spectacular marine passage separating Galiano and Mayne islands, InTheBluff - Galiano’s Oceanside Log House offers one of the most stunning outlooks in the Southern Gulf Islands. With 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed it accommodates up to 4. Recent changes with the Iocal governance (Islands Trust) necessitates additional accommodation be developed on the same property as a STVR. An owner's cottage is currently being constructed, well removed from the log house.

Beat the heat and drive 30 min to Penticton or Oliver in the summer to the wineries or Lake. This booking will have you coming back for years.

There are 4 year round bedrooms inside the house and one seasonal bedroom in the screened in porch that functions in the warmer months from around mid May through mid September.
