Self Contained EnSuite Double Room Free Parking

The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

Please note I usually live in the flat (in a different bedroom) so my belongings will be there, but I will stay elsewhere for the duration of your visit so you will have the flat to yourself. This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.
