This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

The cottage guest house is nestled in the woods adjacent to a tree house overlooking a tranquil pond with a calming fountain sounds. Our large, comfortable, pet friendly beach house well suited to families and mellow friend groups is 2 lots from a crescent beach that you can walk for miles in either direction, offers some water views from the top of the steps and one bedroom. We have a sandy area under the house with beach chairs, SUP & 4 adult bikes in beach closet that opens with the house key for your stay. Gather together in the great room at days end.

Charming, Historic Lewes Cottage

This charming cottage is a great romantic getaway. It is cozy and an easy walk into the historic town of Lewes ~ many great restaurants are nearby. It is not good for tall people because the doors of the Cottage have low head jams and the stairs are compact. There is some noise from the nearby road ~ a white noise machine is provided. The cottage is compact, the refrigerator for the Cottage is a small one.
