Nestled beside a 99 acre ancient woodland, the lodge is an escape to peaceful rural life where you're surrounded by nature and wildlife. The perfect place to unwind, the lodge envelops you in cosy luxury with eco-friendly products, beautiful linens and tranquillity in abundance. A perfect getaway under the stars. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub available (for a fee). Wood-fired pizza oven & firepit. Our bespoke shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and wildlife. This rural North Norfolk retreat, next to our family home, offers a relaxing setting from which to explore this beautiful corner of the country, or somewhere to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life. Our space has cosy underfloor heating, a king size bed and a sofa bed - the hut sleeps two adults and two children. Set down a quiet, country lane, there are fantastic beaches, cycling routes and scenic country walks in easy reach

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your children too can experience glamping, we can set up one of your chair beds with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. 'Charlotte-Rose' is our handcrafted, luxurious Shepherd's hut. Designed and made to provide all you need for your comfort and pleasure. The Shepherd's hut comprises of a double bed, seating area, kitchenette and self-contained shower room. You will be provided with a continental breakfast including croissants, juices and home made jams, coffee, teas, sugar & milk A private hot tub is available for an additional charge, along with use of a BBQ, local produce for a full English, fizz on ice etc

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! One hut onsite allows dogs!
