My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Set in the property of a 1914 Arts and Craft primary school house, the cottage, with its own private patio & separate street access (255-A), maintains this style with the comforts of today. Brunswick East Cottage is located near Ceres and the Merri Creek with bike paths, birds & wildlife. Walking distance from East Brunswick Village with cinema, restaurants, brewery & supermarket. The iconic Lomond Hotel is just around the corner. The 96 tram takes you to the city centre & St. Kilda Beach.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Preston. The apartment is attached to our home with a seperate entry and courtyard. It boasts a cutting edge renovation with brand new and modern kitchen, bathroom and living space. The space is filled with bright and natural light. Our smart tv and wifi are perfect for a relaxing time on our comfortable lounge. Other important features are: split system, electric blinds, security intercom entrance and dining table.

Cosy converted church near airport

Converted church, only 10-15 minutes from the Tullamarine International Airport and 25 minutes to Melbourne CBD. Perfect location to stop over before/after a flight, or if attending a special event in Melbourne. The original church was converted into 2 private apartment style residences. No shared areas. With a cozy feel, it has maintained the beautiful leadlight windows and original doors that make it that more special. A private courtyard provides outdoor living with a firepit if needed.

Guest apartment in Macleod

Surrounded by nature this self-contained apartment is 30 minutes by train from Macleod station to the city. Visit local cafes in Macleod village or enjoy a stroll through beautiful Rosanna parklands. Macleod station is a ten minute walk and Latrobe university and Heidelberg medical precinct minutes away. Bright, light and airy and featuring French doors leading onto a courtyard. Nestled next to the main house with separate entrance, courtyard and parking. Not suitable for infants or children.

This is a cosy tranquil unit focusing on the details! Indoor plants, creative art, matched decor and lush linen. 15mins to the airport. The city is easily accesible by train - 10mins walk to the station or borrow the guest bicycle and cycle in! Perfect for singles, couples or weary travellers to recoup with all homely amenities. The unit is filled with bits and bobs from my travels, books, and plenty of photos so has a lived in, homely feel. Special rate for long stays - please enquire!

Beautiful 2 bedroom unit located on the border of Glenroy and Oak Park. 10 mins walk to train station and 30 minutes train ride to the CBD. Next door is the Northern Golf course and plenty of parks and recreation facilities. Also located super close to Melbourne airport, about a 10 minute drive! My little apartment will be the perfect place to stay if you're looking for something suburban, and away from the fast pace of the city, but still conveniently close to everything you will need.
