Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

Chapel View is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment in the Heart of Broadstairs which comes with one free parking space. My parking space is a godsend as parking in high season is £15.00 a day in council car park. My seaside holiday home is set over two levels and is within a two minute walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination. I have updated lounge furniture October 2024.

Old Town Retreat, Grade II Listed, Margate Kent

Located in Margate’s historic Old Town, this Grade II listed property is just minutes from the beach, Turner Gallery, Dreamland, vintage shops, and award-winning restaurants. The home features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace and foldout couch, and a snug with seating and streaming services. Upstairs offers a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV, a smaller room with two single beds, and a private patio with a BBQ for outdoor dining.

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

Bay Cottage - Winter special offers!

Bay Cottage is a beautiful 18th century cottage located in the heart of the of Broadstairs. The beach, shops and restaurants are only a two minutes walk away. We are happy to accept dogs but we ask guests not to allow them upstairs in the bedrooms. An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested on booking. The cottage has a large enclosed rear patio garden. Free parking is available two minutes walk away on the Eastern Esplanade.
