Walk to restaurants, shopping, wedding venues 924 on Main and Willow Creek Mansion and all that Main Street and Rose District has to offer. Near many City of BA entertainment and sports complexes. Covered outdoor patio with seating and eating area. Walkable to fishing pond, bring a pole, or borrow ours! Where you will sleep: 3 beds and pull out sectional couch.

You will be close events at the Tulsa State Fair, TU, Arts District, Brady Theatre, Cains Ballroom, the BOK center, Cox Event Center, OneOK Field. After exploring come back & relax at the Primrose Bungalow that instantly feels like home when you walk through the front door. The Hot Tub is up and running! Walking distance to the Rose District, our newly constructed Cottage comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, private parking and entrance. This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!

Enter from the backyard, into a shared laundry room with a hallway headed to your suite on your left. In that hall is a private restroom, right outside the door of your guest apartment suite. In the suite is a common room with a table and chairs for 2, coat/shoe rack, a queen bed and a pull out twin trundle. The large bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet, coffee/microwave cart and couch. The shared space, has a large fridge and a stainless steel sink for your use.

Historic carriage house converted into a tiny guest home, complete with everything needed for your stay. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, updated bathroom, quality mattress and entertainment center in a cozy space right next to downtown entertainment district. The historic Owen Park neighborhood is conveniently located within minutes of night life, restaurants, business, Gathering Place and Tulsa River Parks. The guest house is located at the back of a family home.
