Het natuurhuis ligt op het erf van wijngaard De Fiere Wijnakker, aan de rand van Zutphen. Hanzestad Zutphen heeft een gezellige mooie oude binnenstad. Verder zijn er vele mogelijkheden voor wandel en fietsroutes is de directe omgeving. De woning geeft comfortabele ruimte voor 1-7 personen. 2 slaapkamers elk voorzien met tweepersoons -auping bedden- en een ruime woonkamer met open keuken. In de woonkamer is ook nog een slaapbank aanwezig. Parkeren is mogelijk op eigen terrein. Laadpaal aanw.

This location is in a peaceful recreation park, which is well maintained and organized. You will have this entire stacaravan for your stay, just sit in the terrace, or take a walk in the forest nearby you will hear many birds!! We thought it is good idea to offer this facility when we don’t use for people who are interested.

Uniek erfgoed logies in de Achterhoek! In een kunstenaarsatelier uit 1910 is sinds de zomer van 2025 een comfortabel logies verblijf gerealiseerd. Rustig gelegen in een oase van groen en toch midden in het centrum van Zelhem. Zwembad, cafés, restaurants, winkels en bushalte op loopafstand. Het is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen, fietstochten door het fraaie coulisselandschap van de Achterhoek of een bezoek aan sfeervolle plaatsen als Doesburg, Bronckhorst, Vorden en Zutphen.

Fully equipped kitchen features wood cabinets, Belgian bluestone countertops and modern appliances. Relax on the private patio and explore nearby castles and estates on foot or by bike.

德瓦兰德 - 宁静与自然（2名成人+ 2名儿童）

Welkom in ons vakantiehuisje, op onze plek tussen Vorden en Lochem, tegenover kasteel de Wildenborch. Wij (mijn vrouw en ik, plus twee kleine kinderen) wonen hier sinds 2022. Op ons terrein staat een comfortabel vakantiehuisje (56m2) dat wij met plezier ter beschikking stellen aan singles, stelletjes, echtparen en jonge gezinnen die de groene omgeving met Hanzestad Zutphen beter willen leren kennen.
