It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

At night watch the moon reflect off of the lake while enjoying the fire pit. 18-hole public Coldwater Club Golf Course across the road.

The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.

The chain is 17 miles, traversable via pontoon or speedboat! The Cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
