Has Keurig ( which I supply coffee , sugar and creamer for) , full stove, big frig, a microwave, toaster, hair Dryer and iron. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. NO PETS ALLOWED

Walk down to the Patchogue Beach Club and enjoy the pool and beach. This open-concept home has 2 bedrooms, one bath, a remodeled bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and a butcher block countertop with natural lighting that will brighten the home.

Hang up your car keys and your worries and come visit this beautiful, stylish, coastal gem. Everything that Port Jefferson Village has to offer -- the marina, Harborfront Park, restaurants, clubs, shops, galleries, skating rink, green market, Danfords -- is all within easy walking distance. Centrally located on LI for easy access to LI rail road and bus routes.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

The Unhampton

This Brookhaven Hamlet detached space (totally separate) is for people who love nature and preserved quiet spaces. Fire Island is a ferry ride away, Manhattan is one hour by train and the Hamptons are a 25 minute ride.15 minutes from the restaurants and coffee shops in Patchogue and just a couple of minutes from Bellport Village. Centrally located and truly peaceful!
