Welcome to your beach escape! This 2-bedroom apartment sits on the top floor, giving you beautiful beach views and breezy natural light. One block from the sand, its a perfect spot for morning strolls, and incredible sunsets. Two bedrooms, a pull-out couch for extra guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living space to unwind after the beach. Blocks to the LIRR, 50 minute train from penn station! We are steps away from the most popular beach in NYC in the best location possible. The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. More food/bar options, surfboard rental, the A train, and the Ferry are only a short walk away. In the warmer weather, the balcony is perfect for dinner and drinks. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

My Space by the Beach

My spacious 2nd floor apartment is located 1 block from the ocean. A 5 minute walk or $5 cab to all the west end nightlife. A $5 cab to the train station that goes to NYC. You have an ocean view from the front windows. The south side deck can be used for BBQing. I can provide a grill and outdoor table w/ chairs. The building is quiet and the tenants are friendly. You will not regret staying in My Space by the Beach!
