This unit is on the first floor of the house, (one of the two units) the other unit is the on the second floor, small kitchen, but functional, it's renovated, we have combo laundry, (the same machine washes and dries) please note, no dishwasher and no oven, there are two parking spots across the driveway. is 20 minutes away from Binghamton.
