The Garden Room, Viables, Basingstoke with parking

Separate ground floor garden room with private front door and off road parking. Good Wi-fi, laptop friendly. Single bed only (linen provided) wardrobe, tv/dvd, wifi, phone chargers, ethernet cable. Kitchen/dining area: Sink unit, fridge, double INDUCTION hob**, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, pans, cutlery, tea towels, olive oil, salt & pepper. **NB alternative hob available if you have a pacemaker fitted. Shower room: Shower, sink, wc, heated towel rail (towels provided).

Little Box

Cosy little Annex with one bedroom and one bathroom. Perfect size for two (or 2+baby). Double bed with luxury bed linen, comfy sofa, TV and tea & coffee making facilities in the main room. We have a very small fridge for milk or a baby bottle. Black out blind available. En suite with shower, sink and toilet. The terrace is a little sun trap during the summer with seating. Little Box is separate to our home, so you can come and go as you please. Free parking available.

Just a 5-mile drive from the medieval city of Winchester, Room with a View is situated in a prime location, perfect for a serene getaway or business stay. Secluded from the busy bustle of the city, yet a swift 10-minute drive, Room with a View is surrounded by acres of fields and beautiful views.

Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

Come and enjoy the beautiful Hampshire countryside with a relaxing getaway with us in the Studio@Ashton Lodge. A light filled contemporary studio built in the gardens of our architect designed eco home. The perfect all season getaway! Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, take a walk through the woods at Micheldever, read a book on your sunbed, roast marshmallows on the fire pit, enjoy a meal at the Woolpack Inn. The studio is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Luxury annexe near the River Itchen & Alresford

Beautifully decorated studio annex in the village of Ovington - a lovely rural spot yet a short drive from Winchester and walkable to Alresford. Light and airy space - king size bed, sofa, TV, chest drawers and table & chairs. There is a small kitchenette (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, crockery, glassware and cutlery). Fresh towels, tea and coffee are ready for you on your arrival. An iron, cot and high chair can be arranged on request.

The Stables at Warren Farm. Rustic charm

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.

Secure off road parking with latest kitchen facilities for those that want to cook or a nice local pub/restaurant in walking distance for those that don't. (Unable to offer long term lets or double occupancy)
