Private garden, outdoor deck with water fountain, and laundry facilities available. Parking on a quiet street or drive inside, and easy access to local restaurants, parks, and Massey University.

Garden Cottage Retreat

My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. It is connected to my home but has own entrance, parking and garden. Caution: Carpark entrance VERY steep. 7 steps

Private but part of the main dwelling occupied by the owners, it is at ground level with its own easy access carpark.
