The River House escape

Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

After a relaxing nights sleep, walk out to the balcony and enjoy the amazing lake views & the sounds & smells of the salty ocean breeze, which is just down the street. Ideal for couples, business and adventure travelers to relax in a "private" cottage on a bluff. Safe parking for vehicles. Tie a boat at the dock. Write or read a book, fish, watch birds, lay in a hammock or do some crabbing. Dine and visit historical and recreational areas. Steps lead down and up a private entry door of the cottage. Stay a week! (About 20 minutes to St. Simons Island and 40 to Jekyll Island beaches). Close to I-95 & Hwy 17. (A smoke-free and pet free cottage)
