Gorgeous, character-filled cottage with open fireplace. Stunning mountain views and gardens. Walk to Warburton Rail Trail, Yarra River, and Launching Place Hotel. We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. Menzies Cottage

Menzies Cottage is an hour east of Melbourne & set high on a mountain-side in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Enjoy views out to the Wellington Road farmlands & Cardinia Reservoir. On a clear day you can see Arthur’s Seat, Port Phillip & Westernport Bays. Visit nearby Puffing Billy Steam Train, go bushwalking, feed the friendly farm animals or settle-in for a lazy afternoon before watching the sun set. The cottage is fully self contained & with your own private entrance, deck & enclosed garden.

Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, split system, hot water, renovated bathroom & numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg steamer, bar fridge, airfryer & microwave. There is no oven/stove. If you would like a full kitchen please book our larger accommodation The Barn.

Located at the rear of a heritage building in the heart of iconic St Kilda, this free standing secluded cottage nestled in a lovely garden setting, is open plan, wonderfully spacious and light. Located in the heart of Northcote, only minutes from the High Street cafes, bars, music venues and public transport, this studio is suitable for one or two people. The studio is in the garden, has its own private entrance, wifi, an ensuite bathroom, some kitchen facilities, shared BBQ and outdoor eating setting. Occasionally at night you might see or hear native possums running across the roof.
