Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

We think of everything so you don't have to. Our Southern hospitality & stocked home makes it feel like it's YOUR home away from home. It's a remodeled 1955 home with original hardwood floors, a large fenced backyard, a shaded patio with string lights, & high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy the home's amenities in a quiet, developed neighborhood, all while being 2 miles from A&M & the best food and excitement. We're locals, so it's a priority that guests feel the 5-star care in the details & experience.

The perfect place to relax and unwind! Our brand new home offers an open kitchen floor plan, dedicated office area, two bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Relax in a brand new "Mid Century Modern" townhome located in the Historical Downtown Bryan & in walking distance to Ronin, Black Water Draw, RX Pizza, the Village, Cilantro & many more Restaurants. Master bedroom has a king sized bed & each room has 58 plus Smart TV.. Log into your personal streaming account or use our Hulu, Disney or ESPN, as a courtesy. Relax in private backyard with a beautiful view or cook in the beautiful kitchen which includes a Keurig coffee maker with pods & creamers.

Bluebonnet Station - 2 Beds & 2 Baths close to A&M

This two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from Texas A&M. The stylish space includes 2 completely renovated bathrooms, fast wifi, a fully appointed kitchen, and a private outdoor space with a pergola and charcoal grill. The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. The design of the space is inspired by wildflowers and the history of Texas A&M. Permit STR2025-000086

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Another Cozy Home in Aggieland

Howdy! Welcome to Anther Cozy Home in Aggieland (STR permit 2024/000272), located only a few minutes away from Texas A&M University in College Station. This is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Guests can enjoy the fenced backyard with BBQ grill and covered patio for pre-game and after game celebrations!; walking distance to shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate, downtown Bryan, and Lake Bryan.

Ben’s Dairy Barn in Aggieland

Looking for a home base for an Aggie Game Weekend or a quick getaway? Ben’s Dairy Barn is the perfect spot! Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.

The Retreat at St. Joseph

The Retreat at St. Joseph is a family-friendly single family house that was built by a WWII veteran in 1946. Please note that it is an older home. The house is charming and cozy, and you will create precious memories here with your friends and family! The backyard is a decent size for your dogs to run around in. Please note that this home has window units for AC and space heaters in the winter for heat instead of central heat.

Magnolia Farms: Walk to A&M, Comfy King Beds

Magnolia Farms is so close to campus you can see it while drinking coffee on the balcony (literally, just blocks behind Northgate). This two bedroom unit has comfy king beds, a 55 inch Smart TV, and a modern kitchen, including full-sized washer and dryer. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more comfortable, stylish, or convenient property in BCS.

Oakwell Townhome: 2BR Kings 3 mi to A&M/Legends

Oakwell is just 2 miles from Texas A&M campus and right next door to restaurant row on University Drive. (Near the Hilton hotel). This stylish flat includes a 65" Smart TV plus TVs in each bedroom. Log into your favorite personal streaming service. Both bedrooms have a comfy KING SIZE BED! Granite counter, stainless appliances and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee included. Will be your "go to" home into B/CS.
