Second floor there is an open space with two extensible sofas and a bathroom. The house is at aprox. 500 m distance from Laminorului Metro Station, very safe neighborhood, 2 parking places inside the yard plus another 2 parking places in front of our yard. Cosy and silent backyard with bbq and dinning area.

The 2 rooms give you comfort to separate sleep from day activities. 10 min walk to main blvd, University square and 3 min walk to the lovely small parks, a wine bar, restaurant and a cafe right near the house.
