A magnificent English Tudor inspired home converted to a Bed & Breakfast with 5 bedrooms. Rent one or all 5. A continental breakfast is provided, coffee and tea are available anytime. Longacre of Appomattox Private Room

Located in the heart of Virginia, in the town of Appomattox, minutes from the Civil War Surrender grounds and other historical attractions. A short drive to surrounding activities in Lynchburg and Farmville. Visiting Liberty University or Holiday Lake campground, we are an easy central location. We offer 5 rooms with private bathrooms. Your booking will be placed in any one of our rooms - if you have a pet, the Maple room will be confirmed with no additional charge.

Anna’s Room- a study in blue and white.

You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming room. A queen size bed, a comfy chair and ottoman for reading, and green plants encourage a restful stay. The bathroom has a claw foot tub, and a shower. Located on the second floor, but close to the kitchen and the wrap around front porch, Anna’s Room allows views of the fields and Appomattox River. Just a few steps away from the dining room where you will find coffee and breakfast items each morning.

Byron - Babcock House

This bedroom is the only one located on the first floor and has wide doors accessible to wheelchairs. The room is newly redecorated with bright cream walls and soothing blue quilt and curtains, a refreshing mix of new and old. The large en suite bathroom contains a shower stall with seat.

Our suite features a light and airy sitting room with an antique fireplace, a large television, and twin-sized daybed with a pull-out trundle unit. The bedroom area features a queen-sized pine cottage bed with hand crocheted bedspread. It has a private bath with shower.

It has been redecorated and is furnished with a full-sized bed and desk, perfect for students or business travelers. The room has floral print wallpaper, natural hardwood floors and light pine furniture. It has a private bath with shower.
