Charming cottage in the picturesque conservation village of Wicken. Gated access and secure parking. Great location for: Silverstone, MK, Buckingham, Bicester village, Bletchley Park, Waddesdon and Stowe. This characterful cottage is attached to a period family home with over 4 acres of fields & garden. Chickens, cats and family dog roam freely, often with sheep and ponies in the field. The village boasts a dog friendly pub which serves good food. Recently renovated to a very high standard.

Glebe Cottage is a charming Grade II listed detached stone country cottage in a tranquil no through road. This property is located in the picturesque village of Barford St Michael, which is nestled closely to the owner's home. The cottage has one super king sized bedroom and one double bedroom. The delightful interior provides a relaxed space of considerable character which has been beautifully and lovingly furnished providing the ideal getaway for pleasure. An excellent place for business too.

Welcome to Glebe Farm Bed & Breakfast, your own quiet private detached annexe. Ground floor, with lockable entrance door, off road parking in front of annexe & countryside views. En-suite, double bedroom, sitting room, table/work space. Fridge with water, fresh milk, tea /coffee, kettle. Crockery. Under floor heating, heated towel rail, smart tv, Wi-Fi. Iron & Ironing board, hairdryer. NO kitchen -Menu to choose a full English breakfast served to you in the annexe at a time of your choice.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

Historic Manor Stables - Chilterns Hideaway

A stunning converted stable from the 1700s, set in the picturesque village of Brill, Buckinghamshire, known for its restored windmill. This spacious hideaway, retaining original stable dividers, exudes charm with an inviting, open layout. Inside, find a cosy living room, reading room, dining area, large kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The property offers three bedrooms sleeping six: two singles, one double, and a king bed. Enjoy full access to a private garden and parking.

The White Lion Studio

A spacious studio apartment at The White Lion, an Oxfordshire country pub. 10 mins to Bicester Village, 20 mins to soho farmhouse, on the edge of the Cotswalds. One double bed and one double sofa bed (additional bedding can be requested). Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. New bathroom with shower. On grounds of beautiful old pub (drinks only but hosting regular food trucks) with free parking and plenty of lovely walks from the studio.

Cotswold Cottage near Soho Farmhouse & Daylesford

Daylesford, Soho Farmhouse & Diddly Squat Farm shop all less than a 15 minute drive. Little Cotswold Cottage truly is the perfect place to unwind after exploring all the Cotswolds has to offer. Wander around the Cotswold stone cottages in the village, let your troubles melt away in the clawfoot bath, sink into the memory foam mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets or play a board game in front of the log fire. This is a pet friendly, two king bedroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 4.

The Herb Garden

A light, airy, ground-floor, single-storey studio apartment. There is a large kitchen and comfortable seating area, and a private patio / garden area. We are well situated for visiting Silverstone, Addington, Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe Gardens and Bletchley Park. Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.

Little Beech, Evenley

Lovingly renovated, Little Beech is a detached property, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. Little Beech is well located to explore Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Silverstone, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust are all nearby. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

WWII Bomb Trailer Shepherd’s Hut

Get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life and enjoy our secluded Shepards hut retreat. Set on the outskirts of the Chilterns, a stones through from the quaint village of North Marston. You will find yourself on a working farm with little but the flora and fauna to keep you company. The hut is situated east facing, the sun creeks over the hill to uncover a stunning view. Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place and enjoy the simple life.

The Stables, Puddleduck - a countryside escape

Located just off The Green on Puddleduck footpath and surrounded by open countryside, The Stables is a contemporary conversion of the original Manor House stables. Accommodation includes 1 double bedroom and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a double bed providing for up to four guests. Evenley has an artisan coffee shop, pub and farm shop and makes the perfect base for visiting Silverstone, Oxford, Bicester and the Cotswolds.

Situated in the picturesque village Overthorpe. Key safe is an option if hosts aren’t around or if you’d prefer self check in
