The hamlet of Preston Crowmarsh lies on the river Thames & is a great place to wild swim & watch red kites. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Thames towpath & an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford and Reading. We leave you to enjoy your privacy but are next door in the main house if needed.

Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

Our beautiful houseboat is berthed in Bourne End Marina with direct access to lovely walks along the Thames Path. Free parking is available on the Marina premises for our guests. It is also just an 8 minute walk to the Bourne End train station with quick access to London via Maidenhead on the Elizabeth Line and/or fast train to Paddington as well as Cookham and Marlow. Many amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops & pubs are within just a few minutes walk.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Water 's Edge

Water's edge is a well loved family home, it is by no means in a modern condition but the view and location is a truly unique spot with one of the most iconic views of Henley at the finish line of Henley Regatta. Enjoy leisurely walks, boutique shops, cafes & art galleries, everything is in easy reach from this riverside side home. An electric launcher boat is available to hire during April to August at an additional charge of £300 per day subject to river conditions.
