Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .
