The condo is a part of a new residental building, it is stylish and modern desin. 10 minutes walk to the sea coast, and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by. You have a lot of restoraunts, fast food places, everything you need for a good stay is in the area of the condo. Internet is very good, 300/30 mbps perfect for digital nomads and video calls.

The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.
