It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

This is a bright studio in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffe maker, stoves, electric kettle, pots and pans. Also there is a Smart TV with a Netflix account, iron and a hair dresser. You will find a good quality queen size bed dressed with white ironed sheets and white towels in the bathroom. In the basement there are 2 free washing machines. The balcony faces to the backyards, that it a perfect place to relax after a great day.
