Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. This charming home on Lake Lanier is ideal for those looking to relax and unwind! Spend your days boating, swimming in a secluded cove, fishing, reading, making s’mores and enjoying lakeside fun. The home has a private dock with direct lake access and is just five minutes by boat to Gainesville Marina. The house is fully stocked and features high-speed wifi, smart tv, popular board games, wood-burning fireplace, and back deck dining with gas grill. Or enjoy an outdoor fire under the lights!

Historic Roswell Mid-Century Modern Retreat

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

This wonderful cozy studio is super private, with its own entrance right on the side of the house. Plus, it comes with a full kitchen and bathroom. It’s a peaceful, private space with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a big refrigerator, a queen-size bed, a 45” smart TV, a private entrance, an outdoor deck that leads to the backyard, and parking right next to the unit. We’re just a 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the GA Aquarium, and 15 minutes to Gas South Arena.

Welcome to our spacious one-bedroom apartment, private kitchen and bathroom, in Duluth. Enjoy easy access to the highway for convenient travel. Perfect for a relaxing stay! Please know that we understand that noise maybe an issue to some guests, just remember that a complete elimination of noise is not possible. Parking is limited! Like in walking from a hotel parking to your floor, you may have to walk a little to the unit. Pool season: last week of April till first week of October.
